Terms and conditions

Quotation Validity: This quotation is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Prices are subject to change after this period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scope of Work: The quoted price includes site preparation, installation, and materials as outlined in this quotation. Any additional work arising from unforeseen site conditions or client requests will incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Project Schedule: We strive to complete the work within the agreed timeline; however, factors such as weather, supply chain delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the schedule. Clients will be promptly informed of any changes.
Liability: We carry full insurance coverage and take every precaution to protect your property during the project. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the scope of the agreed work.
Disclaimer: Natural Stone Variations: The stones used in our blends are natural materials. As such, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance compared to the sample shown may occur. These are natural characteristics and add to the uniqueness of your driveway. Hand-Trowelled Finish: Resin surfaces are professionally hand-trowelled. While every effort is made to achieve a smooth and uniform finish, minor imperfections may become visible under certain lighting conditions, such as low-level light. These are normal and do not affect the quality, durability, or overall appearance of the driveway.

Acceptance of Terms: By accepting this quotation, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Deposit (5%): A 5% deposit is required to secure your booking and project start date. This deposit is refundable if canceled within the first 1/4 of the time between the deposit payment date and the scheduled start date. *For example, if you pay the deposit today and the start date is four weeks from now, you may cancel for a refund within one week. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.*
Materials Payment (45%): 45% of the total cost is due upon ordering materials, typically 2-5 days before the project begins. This payment covers the cost of materials and confirms the project start.
Final Payment (50%): The remaining 50% of the total cost is **due immediately upon project completion**, defined as the fulfillment of all contracted work to industry standards and agreed specifications. This final payment is required upon completion notification, confirming that all work has been conducted to professional standards.
